USP

I just heard a great definition of a USP from Bob Bly today - he credited someone else and unfortunately I can’t remember who. But it went something like this:

 He called it a “reason for being” and it’s almost as easy as filling in the blanks.

My product does ______________ (what benefit)

For ________________________ (your target market)

By ________________________ (new feature, functionality ….)

Give it a try it’s a great starting point for the ever elusive USP.
